What are you most proud of professionally? And who or why?
I'm most proud of my resilience, my commitment to personal growth and my dedication to living in alignment. If I want to create the biggest impact I can, I need to walk my talk so I can authentically share how it's done.
What’s your vision for Atlantic Canada in 10 years? What’s our biggest opportunity now?
I see a vision of endless opportunities, an even deeper sense of community and support for one another, and a place where people come to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
What was your greatest stage of growth? What made it a shift for you?
My greatest growth came from a place of me finally becoming so tired of my own BS! I had big dreams and ideas, and I knew nobody could make them happen for me. I decided to go all in and haven't looked back since.
What’s your favourite or most read book or podcast? Now or at each of your greatest stages of growth?
My favourite personal growth book is The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks. Anyone who's worked with me knows this is my top recommendation for uncovering hidden fears and limiting beliefs, so you can leap into a limitless life. I've read it many many times and often play the audio in my car... I'm a little obsessed!
What’s your deepest learning from this past year? How did/will you apply it?
It's not really one specific event, rather a reminder that the Universe really does have our backs, always. Anytime I briefly forget this, I'm quickly reminded that we are deeply supported. I show up daily believing and trusting this fact and it blows my mind what magic occurs on a regular basis because of it! Often times we need to un-learn a lot of the beliefs we've picked up along the way so we can soar our highest.
Who’s inspired you, directly or indirectly? How have they inspired you?
So many people, I find inspiration everywhere I look! But specifically I am so inspired by Sara Blakey, founder of SPANX for her authentic business skills and ability to create a billion dollar empire from a simple idea and goal of making women feel good, and Gabby Bernstein for perfectly blending spiritual practices + business with an unapologetic attitude.
What are the principles you live by?
To live authentically, and never hold back from shining my light.
